- Setup: a written report, reviewed and released by a person before delivery — whether you are named, what each assistant said, which competitors were named, factual errors found, and prioritized recommendations.
- Setup: an entity cleanup pack — name, address, and phone consistency findings, a Google Business Profile completeness checklist, a structured-data draft, and FAQ copy drafts.
- Setup: one approved profile preview, one review call, and one factual-correction round if the report contains a supported factual error.
- Monitor: a monthly re-run of the same twenty questions, and a change report against the prior month including competitor share of mentions and any new factual errors.
- Monitor: one implemented fix per month, chosen jointly from the recommendation list, plus a monthly scorecard.
Not included
- Publishing or editing your website, live booking, and paid advertising.
- Directory submissions that require your credentials, full search-engine optimization, and content marketing beyond the drafts named above.
- Any promise of placement, mentions, rankings, leads, calls, or bookings.
- Any Customer Operations capability. That is a separate department under a separate agreement.
Which AI assistants we check
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini — and nothing we cannot lawfully query.
Google's AI Overview offers no lawful programmatic query method, so we do not query it, scrape it, or claim to measure it. Every report names the assistants that were queried and records any assistant that was unavailable as an explicit omission.
How approvals work
You stay in control of every customer-facing step.

You authorize the crawl scope in writing before it begins. We stay inside it, respect robots directives and rate limits, and never touch authenticated or non-public areas.

We never submit forms on your site and never contact your customers. Every message in this offer goes to you, the owner.

A person reviews and releases every report before it reaches you.

We do not log in to your accounts unless you add a separate written authorization.
What we commit to
Operating conduct, not a result.
The commitment is operational: we run the stated checks honestly, report exactly what was observed, name the assistants we queried, and perform the stated cleanup work.
We do not promise that any AI assistant will name, cite, recommend, or rank your business, and we do not promise leads, calls, or bookings. AI assistants are third-party systems that change without notice and are outside our control.
Fee, cancellation, and refunds
Plain terms, confirmed in writing.
- AI Visibility Setup: $997, one time, invoiced before the crawl begins.
- AI Visibility Monitor: $397 per month. The first month is invoiced with Setup, then monthly.
- Minimum term is three monthly cycles. After the third you may cancel any time with written notice, effective at the end of the current cycle.
- Invoiced by Kimlay Ventures LLC d/b/a Adeptara, paid by card or bank transfer through the invoice link. Work begins after payment clears. There is no self-serve checkout.
Both amounts are stated above and confirmed in the signed agreement and on the invoice. There is no self-serve checkout.
- Full refund of Setup if you cancel before the crawl begins.
- Half of Setup refunded if you cancel after the crawl but before the report is delivered.
- No Setup refund after the report is delivered; the factual-correction round remains available.
- No refund of a monthly cycle already begun.
